Digital technology has become a new frontier for heritage and cultural preservation. With the interactivity and accessibility of digital media, virtual environments have become popular tools for education as well as for documentation.
As part of an ongoing conservation effort, Vouse is embarking on the digital preservation of heritage sites and monuments. Using a combination of digital modelling from construction drawings and UAV photogrammetry, we aim to recreate our heritage and monuments in interactive applications for archive and for education.
